Spokane Falls Chapter of Trout Unlimited and the Washington Council of Trout Unlimited are hosting an evening with Chris Wood, President and CEO of Trout Unlimited on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. The event will be held in the Globe Room at Cataldo Hall on the Gonzaga University campus. Chris Wood will talk about the path forward to save the endangered Snake River salmon and steelhead and will discuss the economic opportunity and benefits for Eastern Washington. Because it’s time to decide: recovery or extinction.

Trout Unlimited is deeply invested in the communities where we work. Our organizational structure is based around highly engaged volunteer grassroot members and staff who live and work in the communities we serve.

At Trout Unlimited, we believe in clean water, we believe in robust populations of cold-water fish. We also believe in healthy communities, and we are committed to local infrastructure and economies that work for our membership.

Removal of the lower four Snake River dams is required to save Snake River salmon and steelhead. The question is; what comes after the dams come out? How do we replace the services? What will power the future of the Northwest? We can build a better future where we move forward together, but it will take vision and determination.

Join Trout Unlimited CEO Chris Wood to help envision a future with updated infrastructure, robust runs of wild fish, and a bright future.

Please join us and help fill the room and welcome Chris to Spokane!
